Welcome to Cooking at the Vault, a local TV cooking show sponsored by your Oskaloosa Hy-Vee Food Store airing Wednesday's at 7 pm on MCG Channel 7. Produced by MCG, and filmed in the kitchen area of the Book Vault in downtown Oskaloosa, you are invited to watch Oskaloosa’s own Ruthie Rogers cook easy, delicious meals.
This thirty minute show will demonstrate and educate viewers on how you can prepare easy, and delicious meals using fresh ingredients found at your local Oskaloosa Hy-Vee Food Store.
Cooking shows have been a popular staple of TV programming since the earliest days of television and now Oskaloosa has its very own show with local personalities and sponsors.
