Yes. Referral credits are available only to customers who maintain an active MCG account.
You may not be eligible to receive a referral credit if:
Your MCG service has been disconnected or canceled before the referral credit is issued.
The referred customer does not complete installation.
The referred customer is not in an MCG serviceable area.
Customers with a past-due balance are still eligible to receive referral credits, provided their MCG account remains active. Referral credits will be applied directly to the account balance.

No. Referral rewards are issued as billing credits only and cannot be redeemed for cash, checks, gift cards, or other forms of payment.

If your MCG service is disconnected or cancelled:
Any unused referral credits will be forfeited.
Credits cannot be redeemed for cash, checks, gift cards, or other forms of payment.
Credits cannot be transferred to another account.
Credits will not be reinstated if service is disconnected and later reconnected.
